I just wanted to write to you following our educational tour of England with the group of headteachers from Spain.
The whole week was a huge success and this was greatly contributed to by the fantastic service your company provided. Kevin (The driver) was superb in every aspect; friendly, thoughtful and always early. He adapted to the needs of the group and was proactive in providing them service (above and beyond!)- he even helped one delegate organise his separate travel plans. We all appreciated the daily free newspaper and there is not a single thing you could do to improve what was absolutely a 5 star service. If I organise any further tours in the area you will certainly be top of my list to provide the coach!
